Incorrect parsing of argument at same index as sub-command #14

Seems like https://github.com/EngineHub/Piston/commit/05f00750abd5c6139d8e5ea3dfa5444d7970c290#diff-f0c7070d04fd41e2f6e0eb52a6bf35f8R400 caused a regression with the //expand vert issue. //expand vert works, but //expand 20 u no longer does, as the 20 is at sci = true, so it doesn't match.
