Ability to reselect previous region #1032

I've lost track of the number of times I've deselected a region, only to realize that I needed to keep using it. Something like a //resel command would avoid many headaches. This would be especially helpful when using the more advanced selection modes like poly or convex.

This is the same as being able to undo a selection action as well.
