Cancel offhand click when using wand #1255

So basically when you right click with the wand to select pos2 cancel the regular offhand click. So like if I'm holding fireworks in my offhand and i select pos2, it wont set the fireworks off. hope that makes sense :)

This would be super helpful. I often have a torch in my offhand because Optifine lets me use it as a lightsource, and I will try to select a region and wind up placing a torch or lantern.
