are there plans to create world edit 1.21 on forge?

Forget the pissed off Neoforge/fabric.

No, basically the entire Forge team moved to NeoForge, hence why mods have too. Forge’s tooling as well as Forge itself is in a fairly broken state that makes mod development significantly more complex & incompatible (so we couldn’t publish it in the same way we do Fabric & NeoForge), and it has significantly fewer users due to everyone moving to NeoForge.
