Option to add an AWS Param Store connection rather than Credhub #67

Hi,

My company is moving towards using AWS param store for our secrets management. Concourse natively supports this. I would like to request a new feature exposing some configuration to use AWS param store for secrets management instead of credhub. Thanks!
