Suggestion: Incorporate one more ops-file to add two web-nodes to overcome single point of failure of single web node #96

We have come across Concourse-up is a real enabler for us to kick start of our tasks on fly. However we have noticed it could be cool idea to add one more web node to the deployment to be more agile and use it as blue-green deployment in case of updates and we can reduce the downtime during the update.
