This PR is meant to fix all issues that may come up as a result of testing Rperform on popular R packages. Different tests will be run on other repositories and linked in this PR. This PR is also to finalise the initial usable version of the package. This PR would address issue #36

please add links to these branches/code as examples of how to setup Rperform, on the wiki. current examples show how to plot a certain number of commits. please add an example of how to show results for all commits in the current PR, using environment variables GITHUB_BASE_REF and GITHUB_HEAD_REF https://docs.github.com/en/actions/learn-github-actions/environment-variables
