hey @EngineerDanny can you please add some documentation (maybe on the README/wiki) about how to use the github action? I do not see any mention on the README.

EngineerDanny commented 2 years ago

Sure. I will work on that. It is actually on the main README. I will set up a separate specific wiki page just for showing the usage of the Github Actions.

EngineerDanny commented 2 years ago

Hi, @tdhock , this is the link to the action usage docs It would be updated with time as I am fixing some of the issues.

tdhock commented 2 years ago

I have tried to setup Rperform in this PR, https://github.com/tdhock/PeakSegDisk/pull/12

tdhock commented 2 years ago

Docs look OK but the README is a bit long. Can you please try to shorten the README by moving some of the info to wiki pages?

EngineerDanny commented 2 years ago

Sure. @tdhock I have extracted the Gihub CI with Rperform part of the README to this wiki page.

This wiki https://github.com/EngineerDanny/Rperform/wiki/Setting-up-Github-CI-with-Rperform is a good start for documenting how to setup GHCI. Can you please add to that page one or more complete examples, with links to repos which have Rperform GHCI already setup?
