So there is repaired version of my pull request with the build/ directory problem solved.
There is:
.gitignore file added to ignore build-dev/ directory and CMakeCache.txt (VSC deletes it from build/ directory without asking (not problem, it is cache which will be regenerated by running build scripts again))
dox/ directory created and doxygen generated for the first time (it creates about 400 new files in dox/)
little code cleanup in the main.c (the inicialization of LED pin was twice, voltage measurement pin was given by number and some minor changes of few comments)
Not very nice yet, but you can take look at dox/html/index.html to see the first doxygen attempt.
