Create next iteration of Torso-Hind Leg Joint #1

The Torso-Hind Leg Joint doesn't rotate as smoothly as it needs to, not sure why. Update the mechanical design of the joint so it rotates smoothly. It may be difficult to know if it rotates smooth or not until it is constructed. This issue just covers the mechanical design. This does not cover the assembly neither. @Engineerabot/mechanical

I updated this design and saved it off as Cheetah_Assemv113. Need to prototype the design to see if it works or not. See it here:

I am going to reopen this issue. I don't think it is very manufacturable, I think there is a better way to design it so it can be manufactured easier.

I redid this joint, and it looks much better. It is far more simple, it is more elegant, and it'll be far easier to manufacture. Check it out! This is included in Cheetah_Assem118. image
