With new things we added in dataApp, it would be nice to update documentation also: data handlers, exceptions, mapping to IDS rejection reason, error handler...

Add following info: Non root docker user has access to /home/nobody Docker voulme for this folders for consumer dataApp, so that dataApp can access them
