• 일기 쓰기 팁!: 일기는 간단하게 - 에세이가 아닙니다. 시제(tense)를 알맞게 써주세요! 일기는 주로 과거에 일어난 일을 쓰는 것이기 때문에 과거 시제로! 하지만 상황에 따라 다양한 시제를 사용할 수도 있습니다.

• 주의할 점!: 삼인칭 (he, she, it, 등등) 주어를 쓸 때 동사 원형에 s 붙이는 것을 주의 합니다. 항상은 아니지만 대부분 명사 앞에 관사 (article)이 붙습니다. 어떠한 관사를 쓸 것인지 항상 고민하면서 써보세요.

I woke up at 6am. It was sunny in the morning but it was cloudy in the afternoon. I had a day off. Because my dad is sick. So he went to a hospital with me. We met a doctor and he told my dad " You have to do a surgery as soon as possible" So my dad and I felt so sad. After a while, we decided to go to another hospital. We left the hospital and we took the subway line number 9. I got off at Yeouido station and I took a bus to Mapo. I arrived home at 2 pm. ( or I came back home at 2pm)

Around 3:30 pm. I went to Talk-Talk. On the way to Talk-Talk, I stopped by Starbucks to get some drinks. I took English class for 2 hours. It was a make-up class. I read Shawn my diaries. After reading my diaries, I asked a lot of questions. He answered them all in detail. We finally finished the chapter 3. And I learned about present continuous tense. The time went by quickly. After the class, I came back home.

Now, I am not in a good mood.

It was a tough day.

1. '"You have to a surgery as soon as possible"' -> have to 라는 조동사 다음에 동사가 나와야 되요! 'You have to do a surgery as soon as possible.'

2. 'I thought that how to do.' -> Cross it out

3. 'I decided that we will have to go to another hospital.' -> 'We decided to go to another hospital.'

4. 'we took the subway 9 line.' -> 'we took the subway line number 9.'

5. 'I got off Yeouido station and I changed a bus for Mapo.' -> 'I got off at Yeouido station and I took a bus to Mapo.'

6. 'I arrived back home at 2 pm.' -> 'I came back home at 2pm' or 'I arrived home at 2pm.'

7. 'I read my diaries to Shawn.' -> 'I read Shawn my diaries.' 4형식이 더 자연스럽습니다.

8. 'He kindly and detailedly answered them all.' -> He answered them all in detail.' in detail 자세하게 라는 뜻을 가진 전치사구의 부사적 용법입니다.

9. 'We finally finished a chapter 3.' -> 'We finally finished the Chapter 3.'

10. 'And I learned about a present tense.' -> 'And I learned about present continuous tense.'
