• 일기 쓰기 팁!: 일기는 간단하게 - 에세이가 아닙니다. 시제(tense)를 알맞게 써주세요! 일기는 주로 과거에 일어난 일을 쓰는 것이기 때문에 과거 시제로! 하지만 상황에 따라 다양한 시제를 사용할 수도 있습니다.

• 주의할 점!: 삼인칭 (he, she, it, 등등) 주어를 쓸 때 동사 원형에 s 붙이는 것을 주의 합니다. 항상은 아니지만 대부분 명사 앞에 관사 (article)이 붙습니다. 어떠한 관사를 쓸 것인지 항상 고민하면서 써보세요.

I woke up early in the morning. I turned on the radio on my phone. I took a shower while I was listening to the news on the radio. And I got dressed. It was sunny in the morning but it was raining on and off in the afternoon. I went to work by subway as usual.

My boss usually come to work at 9 am. When I was working at my office, my boss texted me and said “ Ruby! I want to drink coffee with you. So, when I call you, come down to the 1st floor. Around 9 am, my boss called me. So we went to a cafe and we had hot-Latte. We talked about my father’s health.My boss was worried about me and my parents. I cried for a while. We came back to our office at 10 am.

In the morning, I worked. I skipped lunch. Because I was not hungry. So I just stayed at my seat. And I checked my diary.

In the afternoon, my junior staff and I interviewed a new applicant for about an hour. She has an outgoing personality.

Around 2 pm, I received a report from my colleague.

Now, I am still at my office. After writing this diary, I will get off work. I was just depressed all day.
