'I slept in, in the morning. Because I had a summer vacation until today.' -> 'Today is the last day of my vacation. So I slept in, in the morning.' 오늘까지가 휴가라서 늦잠을 잤다 라는 말을 쓰셨는데, 자연스러운 영어 표현으로 내가 하고자 하는 한글 뜻을 표현할 수 없을 때가 있어요. 사실 이런 부분은 영어로 되어 있는 글을 많이 읽고 영어 영상을 많이 오랜 기간동안 접해야 되는 부분이에요.

일기 쓰기 팁!: 일기는 간단하게 - 에세이가 아닙니다. 시제(tense)를 알맞게 써주세요! 일기는 주로 과거에 일어난 일을 쓰는 것이기 때문에 과거 시제로! 하지만 상황에 따라 다양한 시제를 사용할 수도 있습니다.
주의할 점!: 삼인칭 (he, she, it, 등등) 주어를 쓸 때 동사 원형에 s 붙이는 것을 주의 합니다. 항상은 아니지만 대부분 명사 앞에 관사 (article)이 붙습니다. 어떠한 관사를 쓸 것인지 항상 고민하면서 써보세요.
Today is the last day of my vacation. So I slept in, in the morning. I took a shower and I got dressed. I went to see my dentist by subway. I got scaling. And I took the subway line number 2. I got off at Shinchon station. I went to see my dermatologist. And I came back home. I had ramen for lunch.
After lunch, I did my laundry and I practiced reading my textbook and my dairies. I printed out my diaries. Around 4 pm, I went to Talk-Talk. On the way to Talk-Talk, I stopped by Banapresso to get some drinks. I bumped into Shawn. I was so glad to meet him. After I grabbed coffee, I walked to Talk-Talk. I took English class for an hour. It has been a week since I took English class last time. So, I felt little awkward. I read Shawn my diaries and Shawn corrected my pronunciation in detail. And he made me speak about my day. For a while, I hesitated. But, I spoke to him. When I spoke my story, Shawn asked me some questions in English. He looked so nice. After the class, I walked home.
Nowadays, the only interesting thing for me is studying English. When I study English, I get happy. After writing this diary, I will do my homework.
