'After I was reading the message, I was thankful for him.' -> 'After reading the message, I felt grateful.' (feel 감각동사 - 2형식 연결동사의 한 종류죠.) After라는 conjunction을 과거진행 또는 현재진행과 함께 쓰는건 한국말로도 이상하죠? 따라서 After I read the message 라고 해야해요. 하지만 저는 after를 전치사로 사용해봤어요. 그리고 그 뒤에 동명사구가 오게끔 했습니다.

일기 쓰기 팁!: 일기는 간단하게 - 에세이가 아닙니다. 시제(tense)를 알맞게 써주세요! 일기는 주로 과거에 일어난 일을 쓰는 것이기 때문에 과거 시제로! 하지만 상황에 따라 다양한 시제를 사용할 수도 있습니다.
주의할 점!: 삼인칭 (he, she, it, 등등) 주어를 쓸 때 동사 원형에 s 붙이는 것을 주의 합니다. 항상은 아니지만 대부분 명사 앞에 관사 (article)이 붙습니다. 어떠한 관사를 쓸 것인지 항상 고민하면서 써보세요.
It was hot as hell out there. I was little tired. Because I slept late last night. I saw 광화문연가 yesterday. It was watchable. Especially, the curtain call was very interesting. The musical ended at 9 pm. I like to watch a musical becasue the musical is active and dynamic. I want to see another musical again.
I went to work.
This morning, my junior staff reported me our mistake. So, I looked for a solution. At lunch time, all of my colleugues had delivery food. After lunch, some of my colleague went to 강남보건소 to get tested for COVID-19. They didn't have a fever but they just wanted to get tested for COVID-19.
This afternoon, all of my colleugues worked. Next week, it is an audit period. So, I will be busy.
Now, I am at my office. After I get off work, I have to go to a funeral.
