Even though it was a holiday, I woke up early in the morning. Because I had a lot of things to do. As soon as I woke up, I took a shower. And I practiced reading my textbook for a while.

My family and I drove to Yeouido station. We picked up my dad to have lunch together. We went to a restaurant. It took an hour and half to go there. We had lamb. It tasted good. We have been there once before. The restaurant was very spacious. But there were only two groups of people.' (or 'Only two tables were occupied.') After lunch, we walked around Majang lake for about an hour. It was so hot. So we were very hard. There were a lot of people and there was a wobbly bridge. It was a new experience.

And we went to a cafe and we odered Iced-coffee. It was super expensive. I have never seen this expensive coffee before. But the place was very crowded. While I was waiting for coffee, I checked my diary's comment. So I quickly read Shawn's comments. Anyway, we talked for about an hour and we left there. We drove back to my dad's house and we dropped him off in front of his house.

On the way back home, we stopped by a hospital. Because my son got a treatment. Around 7 pm, we came back home.

After I finished writing this diary, I am going to study English. Because I have to go to Talk-Talk tomorrow.

Good night.

Good!

  1. 'Even though it was a holiday. I woke up early in the morning.' -> Rewrite it.

  2. 'We picked up my dad to have lunch.' -> 'We picked up my dad to have lunch together.'

  3. 'It took an hour and half.' -> What took an hour and half? To go there?

  4. 'We have been there one time.' -> 'We have been there once before.'

  5. 'There was wide but people only sat 2 tables.' -> It doesn't make sense. 'The restaurant was very spacious. But there were only two groups of people.' (or you can say 'Only two tables were occupied.')

  6. 'about an hour.' -> 'for about an hour.' for about is a complex preposition. Usually, preposition is a single word. But, as you can see, complex preposition contains two prepositions. So these two prepositions together function as a single preposition. Never ever use 'about an hour' alone.

  7. 'So we were very hard.' -> Rewrite it.

  8. 'It was the most expensive in my experience.' -> 'It was super expensive. I have never seen this expensive coffee before.'

  9. 'There was crowded.' -> 'But the place was very crowded.'

  10. 'Because I wondered how many has my diary wrong sentences.' -> Cross it out.

  11. 'We drove back my dad's house' -> 'We drove back to my dad's house.'

  12. 'we dropped off him' -> drop off is a separable phrasal verb. When the verb is a separable phrasal verb and you take pronoun as an object, then you must put the pronoun between the verb and the adverb of the phrasal verb. 'We dropped him off.'

  13. 'After I write this diary. I am going to study English.' -> Rewrite it.

Some of your sentences have very simple mistakes. Some of your sentences don't make sense at all. And some of your sentences have grammatical structures that we haven't learned yet. So I want you to be cautious with small mistakes. And be aware if your sentences make sense. And don't try grammatical structures that we haven't fully practiced.
