Reflexive pronoun

• I made myself some soup
• He did it for himself.
• I did it by myself.

They are pronouns and they are used just as nouns.

Intensive pronoun

• They did it themselves.
• I completed the task myself.

Intensive pronoun gives emphasis to a statement. And it doesn't act like pronoun. It actually act as adverb. Reference Link
