Redesign the provided UI design of the Website. #2

Add a folder named after your name inside UI/UX folder or if you have already created the folder then no need to create a new one. Inside your personal folder, create a subfolder named SMS and upload the images of your UI design. Additionally, create a text file named link.txt containing the Figma link to access the UI design. The existing UI design is uploaded in the UI-UX folder.
