Iridescent Alter from Astral Sorcery not forming multiblock #700

Modpack version 1.82a

Issue I have crafted the iridescent alter from astral sorcery, but no matter what I try, there is still the red bar meaning it is invalid. I have tried rebuilding the structure 3 times and have had no success. I am not sure if this is a problem with the pack or not, but any help would be appreciated.
