Issue Heavy TPS lag when players generate new chunks. Even if they're the only one online. Although it gets a lot worse if there's other people (not generating or even loading new chunks).

Description My initial intend was to host and play on the same machine, given that the modpack has a recommend 6 GB for servers. After that failed due to crazy TPS lags whenever someone went away from spawn in a straight line to generate new chunks. So pregeneration couldn't really help either. We play for around 5 days now and someone is yet to build a complex, lag-causing machine or anything alike. I tinkered around with a bunch of different JVM args from this post, but results are still the same. Even just generating chunks with running on foot causes TPS lags from up to 160 ticks. Having 2 other online (not generating or even loading new chunks) at the same time makes the spikes reach up to 500 ticks. Apart from changing the max heap size to 8 GB in the settings.cfg-file the only changes I made to the provided files was disabling growth acceleators and crops in the phytogenic isolator. For what it helps I tried to set the server's priority in taskmanager to realtime and back.
