Extended Crafting mass item dupe #2016

Describe your issue.

When a PackagedAuto Unpackager pushes items into the EC Automation Interface, the package itself doesn't get consumed, duping whatever was in it. The package also gets duped sometimes, though I can't consistently reproduce that part.

I'm like 90% sure it's the same bug as https://github.com/VazkiiMods/Quark/issues/2839 and https://github.com/Nomifactory/Nomifactory/issues/537

Proposal. Switch to EC: Nomnifactory edition, which appears to have this bug fixed.
