Change inventory panel recipe to be friendlier to earlygame

The inventory panel is a way to connect multiple inventories together, similar to the storage scanner. This method is more scalable because adding new storage to the network is as simple as running conduits. It could serve as a potential alternative to early-game item management.

Current (1.90g)

As it currently stands, the inventory panel is gated behind Ender IO machine frames. This pushes the availability of the item to well after AE2 is unlocked, making it effectively useless.

Proposed Change

The change in question modifies the recipe of the inventory panel to make it much more approachable to someone starting their world. It swaps out the ender resonator for a NuclearCraft machine frame, which is significantly cheaper. This does not affect any other elements of Ender IO.

I wanted to provide a correction to the proposed change. The recipe requires a sentient ender, not an ender resonator.

I think i agree with this for the solo reason of "Alternative path" at least as long as both items are similar and none of them is better than the other otherwise i recommend using Storage Scanner as a requirement for the Inventory Panel if it is better than the Storage Scanner and vice-versa.

Requiring the storage scanner as part of the recipe makes a lot of sense. I do think its a more flexible version of it.

It's inferior to ae2, but superior to the storage scanner. This, to me, says it should have a recipe between the two - with ae2 being fairly gated, the suggested recipe looks pretty good to me.
