Change Gourmet Patty recipes from Mustard Seed to Mustard Crop #2182

Described in https://github.com/MatrexsVigil/harvestcraft/issues/453.

Pam's Harvestcraft's Gourmet Patty recipes use the Mustard Seed for planting rather than the Mustard Seeds crop from growing the planted seeds.

Until the mod fixes those discrepancies I suggest fixing using CraftTweaker.
