In 1.36 it's not possible to create DE Creative Block Exchanger due to Exchangers mod was removed #581

Modpack version 1.36

Issue You can't create Draconic Evolution Creative Block Exchanger as it's recipe has Resonant Exchanger. Screenshot from 1.35: image

You also get error message on world start: image

Possible solutions:

  1. Put Exchangers back
  2. Change the recipe

Whoops, silly oversight. I'll make a hot fix replacing it with a Building Gadget this evening :)
