IE logic circuits not using up materials #3866

Describe your issue.

After making 2 backplates and 8 wire, and putting them in the circuit table to make logic circuits, I found I could just keep pulling circuits out of the table without using any mats https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/858470513817813012/917768725288063007/unknown.png

After a few minutes in-game, I tried again, and it started using up materials again.

appears these things are free if you shift click them out of the machine...
