[Mod Suggestion] IC2 Classic #115

Why would you like the mod added?

A IC2 classic fan port to 1.19.2. Includes (to my knowledge) new features such as multi-block machines, quarries, buildcraft-esque pipes, steam nuclear reactors, and etc. Although #21 was rejected, I feel like this can better contribute to expert progression.

I'll take a look, but I really doubt this will work with our plans for expert.

I've spent some time with it now and I'm just not seeing how it can fit in to the current plan.
