New potions #943

Thanks to Kirjorjos for coming up with a workaround to a bug in kubejs that prevents registering non vanilla effects as potions.

This PR introduces two potential potions, flight and true invisibility. I'm still not entirely sure what potions should be added, but these seemed fun at the least.
