This looks like a corrupt install to me, I recommend that you try re-installing the modpack 👍

Please let me know whether that resolves the issue or not.

Hello I appear to be having very similar issues, I tried reinstalling the Server pack through forge but the issues persist. Server pack version V1.22.1
