As mentioned in the conversation on IRC:

• I'd like to wait for the current kerfflufle about stricutres (and thus Moo) to reach a point where I'm confident the issues raised by chromatic at least have a statement of intent behind them.
• I'm not convinced that HTML::FormHandler has emerged as best of breed. That is entirely based on my own experiences with it so I'm open to re-considering based on forth-coming appeals.

Other than that, I'm happy with these changes and +1 from me for them to go in.
