This is with version 4.3.1 of the plugin with the two commits to add Jetpack Markdown support backported (a4ecb659ab1547376d678e33875361ff72e3d006 91c81b43c97dc0e4f48fbf63a819fc0c21c1393a).
When disabling the Enlighter plugin, the markdown code block is rendered correctly without the additional backslashes.
