I would like to know if the version of unity for which this plugin is adapted, such as unity2020.3.15, can be used, and how to import the compiled plugin into my unity project？ Thanks

You should be able to use newer versions of Unity, however you may need to do some troubleshooting. To install the plugin and use it in your Unity project follow the instructions in the Readme.
