Cast order for Spellup

Plugin Name: Spellup (Maybe Miniwin)

Enhancement: The ability to move spells in a certain place for casting order, 
or priority. Maybe the plugin could detect which spells to cast first, in order 
to extend potency and length of spells.

You can add a spell in any position of the list already. 

If you are using the miniwin_spellup, then remove the spell from the list, go 
to the spells tab, right click the spell and pick Add in Position.

If you are using the cmdline version, remove the spell from the list with bsp 
sr <spell> then add it back with bsp sa <spell>:<position>
