Double exp, double qp and other events provided under events miniwindow.

Plugin Name: Events miniwindow

Enhancement:
Currently, only quests, gquests and campaigns show up under the events 
mini-window, but it would be useful if all mud-wide events, including doule exp 
and double qp could show up under events as well.

I like the seperate miniwindows for the double because as of right now the 
miniwindows don't have the capability to add more than one tab to the tabbar.  
Anyone else want to chime in?

The double miniwindow does not show double qp though.

This could be corrected now. With the addition of double information when you 
type double. It tells you if double qps are running.

The problem with double qp is that their isn't an announcement.  So how do I 
know it is on without running the "double" command?
