Double exp mini-window/noexp mini-window do not popup unless toggled in tabwin.

When I activate noexp, the noexp mini-window doesnt pop up until I toggle it on 
tabwin. When double is activated the mini-window doesn't pop up until toggled 
on tabwin. 

I'm using version 6.1 on windows 7.

If you can see them in the tabwin, do you need the miniwindow to pop up?   The 
tab shows the same info.

Although I used tabwin, ideally I wouldn't want tabwin there as it only takes 
up more space. The noexp minwin is great as a stand alone, however it doesn't 
quite have the stand alone capability yet because it doesn't pop-up when it 
should. (i.e. needs to be manually toggled)

Btw, the double and moon mini-windows also don't seem to automatically pop-up 
either.

This should be fixed in the later releases, I now always show the window the 
first time it is loaded with data.  After that, it remembers whether it was 
hidden or not.
