Additional spell info on spellup summary screen

Enhancement:
After seeing the new 1 minute expiry status in the latest spellup plugin, I 
thought it might be nice to see expiry times for either a single critical 
spell, or perhaps a small list of them. I don't know if it's possible to make 
it configurable, but it could have a way of designating which spell is 
critical, or if it worked with multiple spells, allow the tagging and untagging 
of spells as critical.

I'd probably see it adding a line or lines just below the 'Good' and 'Bad' 
lines on the summary, with spell name and time remaining, similar to the 
individual lines on the 'Affected' screen. Alternatively, it could just show a 
summary count of critical spells with less than 1 minute to expiry. There's 
probably many other ways it could be displayed, I haven't given much thought to 
it's appearance.

For my current tier, the only really critical spell is 'Wraith Form'. If I'm in 
a battle, especially with multiple mobs, and it expires mid-battle, I'm left 
without sanctuary, haste and various other bonuses. It would be useful to be 
able to see at a glance that it was about to expire, before I jumped into 
combat. I'd imagine there's various spells for other pclasses which would be 
similar.
