What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Quitting MUSHclient, closing the client and logging in.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Absolutely nothing.  The miniwindow_events plugin stays installed and 
apparently is verified to be installed successfully. However, there's nothing 
there, such as a blank black window with nothing in it. Typing commands such as 
cp check and quest info doesn't update anything within the miniwindows_events.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r1443 snapshot, Windows XP Pro.

Please provide any additional information below.
Somehow, it messes with Aardwolf_tick_timer plugin. The plugin stays stuck at 
30 and doesn't count down. Client crashes when exiting. Planesmobs plugin also 
stops working.

Is this still happening?  I haven't been able to reproduce this in the 4+ 
months since this issue.

It has to be another plugin (Not yours) that messes with it. I've yet to figure 
it out. As soon as I do, I will post in case someone else is having the same 
issue.
