Add redundant links to taxonomic sources names on page Sources #104

Currently, the names of taxonomic sources on page Sources are unlinked. In the interest of assisting the user in every way possible to learn more about TNRS data providers (even at the risk of redundancy) the source names should be the same hyperlinks as the relevant "Learn More" links. These links should open in a new window.
