In Downloaded results file, replace column "selected" with columns "Best_match_overall_score" and "Best_match_highertaxa" #108

In the downloaded results file, column "selected" is TRUE the matched name has Overall_score_order=1, otherwise FALSE. For clarity, please rename this column "Best_match_overall_score". In addition, add a new column "Best_match_highertaxa" which is TRUE if Highertaxa_score_order=1, else FALSE. These columns should come after Overall_score_order and Highertaxa_score_order.
