About: update content & format #77

@gcgbarbosa George, I'm not done yet, but I'd like you to have a look at the some of the format changes I've made before I continue further. Specifically, I've been trying to cut down on excess spacing by converting lists to lines of plain text followed by breaks. It looks fine in my browser, but perhaps I'm screwing things up for mobiles. Feel free to let me know if there is a better way to do this. Perhaps edit list style to reduce spacing?

Looks good to me.

Don't worry about messing up anything for mobile. I just checked the mobile version and it seems like it was not optimized for such devices since the beginning anyway. I will have to work on this during the code review. I think I have to re-write some parts of it to make it fit mobile guidelines.

Let me know when it is time to merge.
