Clear instructions (file list) for Upgrade from 1.1 to 2 #86

Perhaps I'm just not finding it, but I don't see any clear instructions for upgrading from 1.1 to 2?

Specifically:

I think this would be helpful, as I'm sure we want to enable a smooth upgrade path for 1.1 users...

Thanks! JL

Its pretty much a full reprint and rebuild as its a significant upgrade with allot of changes including encoder, selector cart (spring loaded servo), filament carts (wider, built in filament brakes, no top hat inserts, 2020 mount), integrated bypass end block, 2020 backbone & gearbox changes, etc. There's really only a handful of parts like the 80T printed gear, gearbox cover, gear motor mount, latches and a few other small parts you can reuse. The printed parts tracker tracks this however:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1h1bJurR6Z8Ou36c5U9cWmqI86tXKlWrcZrWrHgGN13A

Use Google Sheets "Make a copy" to copy it to your own private google drive, uncheck "Is this a new build?" to exclude reusable parts and review other questions to understand what you need to print.

Points to note, 1) the filament carts are all new, wider than ERCF v1 & mount to a 2020 rail so will need to completely disassemble your ERCF v1 including removing BMG gears from the D-shaft if you plan to reuse it. 2) as the filament carts are wider, longer 8mm and 5mm D-cut shafts are required to build ERCF v2 with the same number of carts you had previously with v1. The only exception to this is the D-shaft from the ERCF v1 6-cart build as this is just long enough for an equivalent 6-cart build (I know this as this is what I upgraded from and tested). If you have a 9 or 12 cart ERCF v1 you will loose a cart if you plan to reuse your existing D-shaft. 3) you will need a suitable length of 2020 rail to rebuild ERCF on.

A number of vendors are also supplying hardware upgrade kits with fasteners, longer 8mm & D-shaft's, etc. However we are not currently verifying or certifying these so you will need to check these against the upgrade BOM if you decide to go down this route.

Required hardware for upgrading is itemized in the 1.1 upgrade column in the BOM and will look at adding v1.1 upgrade guidance when the readme.md is revised for the next release.
