Add gke-gcloud-auth-plugin, bump helm version #11

The auth provider of gke will switch in kubectl v1.25 see https://cloud.google.com/blog/products/containers-kubernetes/kubectl-auth-changes-in-gke for more information

@blackshadev thanks for the hard work, sadly we missed it and another parralel PR has been merged that does the same that you did here :) The end result is that you can simply use the latest containers and it should all works now. Closing this PR.
