There're just too many things that don't work properly (mostly the vehicles):
Gunner doesn't have abilities
Vehicles stat don't seem to be scale with equipments
No skill to refill pyrite (and shooting down flying pyrites)
Passengers are getting damaged, by some spell from boss or dummy mobs
... and the list goes on...
I know it's hard to make it work properly due the extensive programming needed, this boss needs to be defeated to access other bosses in Ulduar. Thus before the encounter can be programmed properly i'd suggest the following:
Suggestion:
Making the ammo requirement for Pyrite barrel 0, this boss is supposedly killable in 1 minute under constant pyrite fire.
