Problem with Quest: Going Bearback #72

there is a problem with the stormpeaks quest: Going Bearback. You mount up on a bear called Icefang, and need to throw Flaming Arrows at Frostworgs and Frost Giants to kill them. The problem is that the Flaming arrows do no damage at all to either of them, making it impossible to complete the quest.

This quest is part of the quest chain to increase rep with sons of Hodir, so unless you can get past this part you are unable to do sons of hodir dailies which is the only way to get shoulder enchants.
