I'd like to make an issue for it and a pull request to fix it.

Hi @kiwiroy. Sorry I’m not quite getting you. All of the code for alien is hosted on this repo

@andrewyatz Sorry, my fault for being terse. I'm looking for a place to contribute to Alien::HTSlib. I know this is Alien::LibBigWig 😄

I've looked under @rishidev repositories, but it isn't there.

Sorry @kiwiroy I totally missed your reply and it's a year old :(. I can see you've got your own copy of this now. Is this the best way forward?
