Use case: Find all variants by RSID #11

This can be done by creating a RSID feature set. Will that meet the requirements of this use case?

I'm not sure, it was identified in the stakeholder interviews. How individual implementations of the API solve this issue, once endpoints are speced out, I'd leave for the groups creating their service. Is there any more detail that needs to be added to that use case?
