cannot open chm documentation file in windows #64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.download the nmodbus library
2.unpack
3.double click on chm file.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

try right-clicking on the .chm file, select properties, and 'Unblock' the file. 
 It came from the internet so it has been marked as 'unsafe' or 'blocked'.  It 
will not show until you tell Windows to not block it.  This is a Windows 
'feature'.
