Enrich project information #1

The projects are hyperlinked under a few categories. Most links are to a website, at least one link doesn't work, and at least one points to twitter.

Formalize the content to include a one line description of what the project is and provide a structured format, such as a table, to include links to websites, twitter, or anything else that may be useful.

Twitter links; barter and copium as they don't have a landing page afaik. Opium doesn't have a landing page or twitter afaik.

Can you make a PR proposal for the structure you think is beneficial
