As a potential collaborator I want to see the Slack link front and center on the README.md #48

When I visit this code repository, then I want to talk to someone ASAP, and it's great you have a Slack channel, so I'd like a quick link to get me there.

So we add a "request to join our Slack channel" link? Or put a "contact {person} to get Slack Invite?

What happens if you just include a link to the channel? Does slack then offer you the chance to request access once it determines you don't have it? Don't know!

Slack only allows you to have a semi-permanent link to get invited. We'd have to refresh it once/month. I think having a contact listed would be much easier.

I think we are also currently have a free plan, so not sure what the capacity is? But we can deal with that when we fill it up!

I'm pretty sure a link to the invite is only available for a certain number of days, so a contact name/email is best.

I don't think there's a limit on the number of people who can join a free Slack channel. The limit is the number of lines of chat that are saved. Free Slack only saves like 10,000 lines.

Without being sure about the exact version of slack the ECN account uses, this slack documentation https://slack.com/help/articles/115002422943-Message-file-and-app-limits-on-the-free-version-of-Slack indicates that there's no limit to the number of members for free slack accounts.

Closing issue for now, the main page has a link to slack (though perhaps not fully functional?). We also have a get involved page and a link to the about us with contact info for the team members.
