Initial terminology page [WIP]. #26

This is a starter page for terminology related to distributed systems, and in particular PBFT/BFT algorithms.

This is a starter, everyone can jump in and add/modify/delete this, or change the way it is ordered (maybe other prefer straight alphabetical ordering), etc..

Libby, I have included your content in the draft template (another PR). Do you think it makes sense?

Hey @kubasiemion sorry I didn't see this. My preference would be to keep these (terminology, assumption, requirements, and design) in separate docs while we work on them and close them out, e.g. ok terminology is done(ish), assumption is in X state, Requirements are X, and finally the design doc, then merge them together in the end if that make sense. It helps with collaboration, ideally there would be continual little PRs/commits to show the evolution of the design / spec process.
