Design "Learning Community" page #3

After M.V.P., I want to consider this new type of page that will bring together people around common learning interests. Sort of combining pathways, with topical highlights, with group announcements, with lists of members.

Make sure you add these future features to a "Post Alpha" area of the roadmap as well as opening the issues like you have been doing for discussions.
